Healthcare pilot program
A calmer way to reach the right team.
Aion Healthcare is being developed to answer naturally, understand an administrative request, and help callers reach the appropriate staff. We are seeking healthcare partners for a focused, measurable pilot.

What this is, in plain English
An AI voice assistant is software that understands a spoken request and replies in a natural voice. Our first healthcare pilot focuses on administrative information and routing, with a clear path to a person.
Answer naturally
Clear speech, one question at a time, room to finish, and repetition when needed.
Understand the request
Administrative requests are understood, and Aion Healthcare asks for clarification when needed.
Connect to the right team
Callers are routed to the appropriate staff, with a human on request.
How the pilot works
Scope: one location, one overflow route, agreed hours, approved FAQs and human routing; 30 operating days after readiness approval.
Not in this first scope: clinical advice, autonomous triage, EHR access, booking, payments, outbound campaigns, or personalized medical answers. Transfers in this pilot have not passed certification.
Illustrative example — not a real patient call
Caller: “I need to reach the office about my appointment paperwork.”
Aion Healthcare: “I can help you reach the right team. Shall I connect you now?”
Caller: “Please connect me.”
Aion Healthcare: “Connecting you now. You can ask for a person at any time.”
Patient experience, as design requirements
These are design requirements, not proven patient outcomes: clear speech, one question at a time, room to finish, repetition, and a human on request. Older callers are people to support, not burdens.
Deeper questions
We are developing reviewed explanations of healthcare processes and terminology. Individual symptoms, treatment, medications and test results belong with qualified clinical staff.
Pilot scorecard
Measured, not promised: routing accuracy, successful handoffs, staff time, repeat contacts, caller experience and actual cost. No promised savings.
| Measure | What it means |
|---|---|
| Intent and routing accuracy | Request understood and routed toward the appropriate team — this is not, by itself, a completed connection |
| Completed destination connection | Caller actually reached the destination team |
| Successful handoffs | Connection to the appropriate team completed |
| Staff time | Time spent on routed administrative calls |
| Repeat contacts | Callers who had to call again for the same request |
| Caller experience | How the interaction was rated |
| Actual cost | Measured pilot cost, no promised savings |
Trust, step by step
Start small. Inspect safeguards. Test the experience. Expand only on evidence.
HIPAA is a whole-workflow release prerequisite. Current Aion Healthcare is not verified HIPAA compliant or hospital approved. Vendor certifications are not Atlas certifications.

Potentially, via an approved overflow setup after technical review.
What does it cost?
Scoped after discovery; none approved.
Why Aion over a giant?
A focused, accountable pilot measured on results. No proven superiority is claimed.
